Why are we doing this?
We know that selling a home is stressful. We know unexpected repairs pop up from inspection reports. We know that most contractors want to be paid upon the completion of the service. We know it stinks to pay for repairs and upgrades all for the deal to fall through. That hurts the real estate agent and the homeowner.
We decided to do something about it. We are teaming up with you and your real estate agent to reduce your risk and your upfront costs.
Simply put - We decided to solved your problem.
What’s the catch?
You need a home to sell and have to be working with a real estate agent.
You have to leave the property up for 30 days after the service is completed. If you de-list before 30 days for any reason payment is owed, in full within 72hrs.
Your title company has to agree to accept the invoice and be the transactor.
If for any reason your agent de-lists and re-lists the original deal still stands. We do touch ups, and you don’t pay until closing day or it’s free. We won’t charge you again.
To access this offer, the total services must meet a minimum of $500. If they don’t don’t worry. You can opt in to the minimum $500 charge and still pay at closing, or you can choose to pay upfront. All jobs have a minimum of $200.
